Project Overview and Role

The Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the business by proactively translating business requirements into effective HR practices across business units, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. The Associate will support the HR team in researching, supporting with planning, developing in implementing any required HR services programs and activities which are required to support the growth of the Regional or Functional Business Unit's Operations. To support the HR team to achieve HR's strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Plan by acting as the HR ambassador on a range of different projects and initiatives.


The primary responsibilities of the Analyst, HR are to:
o Act as a key support member of the HR team and work across the business disciplines to support change at a functional and transactional level across the business;
o Collect and communicate payroll changes per pay period, including reaching out to internal stakeholders for clarification when required;
o Complete all new hire orientation and paperwork processing (including general on boarding and benefits administration);
o Review and submit all benefits invoices for approval and processing, make changes and liaising with carriers as needed;
o General off boarding as required: terminating employees in various systems, coordination with carriers and payroll and conducting exit interviews;
o Maintaining personnel records and files (HRIS and hard copy);
o Supporting the Recruitment Team during the BD process: EBD verifications, references;
o Complete all employment verifications and reference checks;
o Complete all E-Verify, i9, immigration compliance and internal audit as necessary;
o Coordinate onboarding/off boarding of temporary employees and interns;
o Provide daily support to the HR team, DC and offsite employees;
o Respond promptly to unemployment claims information requests;
o Promote the use of HR systems policies and processes;
o Perform other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Education and experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Relevant HR or business related qualification or certification preferred;
  • Mastery of MS Office Applications
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in HR;
  • Experience working in a global setting is desirable; and
