The New Partnerships Initiative EXPAND: New Partners for Better Health (NPI EXPAND) Activity is a five-year USAID-funded cooperative agreement implemented by Palladium International, LLC (Palladium) with the ultimate goal of increasing the availability and utilization of high-quality health services by strengthening the technical and organizational capacity of new and underutilized partners (NUPs) and supporting them to scale-up health innovations. NPI EXPAND will support NUPs to overcome the organizational and technical capacity challenges through grants and systematic capacity development.

Expressions of Interest (EOI):
Palladium is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from interested organizations to support NPI EXPAND’s capacity development activities through the provision of specialized services. These resource organizations will provide a variety of creative approaches to support NUPs to become more sustainable and viable health care providers. In soliciting EOIs, NPI EXPAND intends to identify a short-list of resource partners that are pre-qualified to apply for an award from NPI EXPAND in furtherance of the project objectives.
