Delivering Results with the Balanced Scorecard

Palladium studies have consistently shown that over the course of three years, organizations that use the Balanced Scorecard have a higher rate of successful strategy implementation than those that do not use the Balanced Scorecard:
• They achieved 3 times the growth in shareholder value
• They are 7.5 times more likely to be high performers
• 92% achieve successful alignment across the organization

Since their first article introducing the Balanced Scorecard in 1992 Drs. Kaplan and Norton have remained at the center of this global phenomenon. They have published five books and numerous articles on the subject of strategy execution.

Their synthesis of end-user experiences has culminated in the creation of a six-stage management framework – the Execution Premium Process™ that is being implemented around the world by organizations that want to achieve breakthrough performance.

Today the BSC is reported to be in use at over 70% of organizations around the world.

Why Attend?

There is no better introduction to the Balanced Scorecard and the Execution Premium Process™ than learning from its creators. Their experience with scores of enterprises and with nearly 200 members of the Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame provides insights that have been successfully leveraged by organizations that adopt—and adapt—this framework. By standing on the shoulders of giants, end-users are able to leverage this knowledge, avoid mistakes, and accelerate their own strategic performance.

The conference will explain the Kaplan-Norton framework - The Execution Premium Process™ from theory to practice. Over the course of the first day Dr Kaplan himself will walk you through the entire framework, describing what success looks like and how to achieve it.

The workshops on the second day of the conference were designed to
guide you through the advanced application of some of the most important tools proposed by the framework to help you leave equipped to immediately implement, revisit, or refresh your organization’s strategy management
