The Kaplan-Norton BSC Certification Boot Camp™ in Dubai will be led and
delivered by senior expert Palladium trainer, Wale Buraimoh.

Wale began his career in IT and worked for 7 years in IT Project Management Wale for organisations including Barclays Bank. Subsequently, Wale worked in Business Project Management with the Executive Management Team at Newton Investment Management Limited and as a Strategic Projects Manager for Mellon Financial Corporation (now BNY Mellon). At Mellon he managed the development and implementation of an organisational Change and Development program across 5 major business units and 7 support units over a 3 year period.

Wale has worked with Palladium since 2005 as a Principal Consultant and Trainer in a number of sectors including the Education, Telecoms, Electronics, Logistics and Financial Services in London, Dubai, Nigeria, Jordan and Abu Dhabi.

Wale now works exclusively in the Middle East where he manages Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and Performance Management programs for organizations in the Water and Electricity, Water, Energy and Government entities. Wale has worked at the CEO/Director level for 12 years but is also adept at managing strategy implementation programs at all levels of the organisation. For example, between 2010-2013 Wale was the Head of Strategic and Business Planning and Performance at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation in Abu Dhabi. Wale is an effective Change Manager who knows how to get best results out of people.

Wale holds a First Class degree in Information Technology and an MBA.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations must be received by email to Charlotte.Taylor@thepalladiumgroup.com by 29 January 2017. After this date, all registrations, including no shows, are subject to the full Boot Camp Fee and no refunds will be made. Delegates may request to transfer their registration to an alternative course, subject to our terms and conditions. However, if a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course start date, we regret that no transfers may be made to alternative events and no refunds can be given.
