Erin Endean

Erin Endean is Vice President of Palladium’s Economic Growth and Governance Practice, where she manages the practice’s portfolio of projects as well as its business growth initiatives. She’s a four-time Chief of Party (COP) for USAID Washington, DC-based projects focused on trade, investment, regional economic integration, and economic policy reform. In these projects, she has worked in or managed activities covering more than 30 countries on five continents. Prior to joining Palladium, Erin served as a Vice President at CARANA. She has also served as Managing Director of Hills & Company, founded by former U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Carla Hills, advising U.S. businesses on their trade and investment issues overseas, principally in Asian developing countries. In government, she served as staff director for Ambassador Hills and her successor, Ambassador Mickey Kantor. She has a BA in History and an MA in East Asian Studies from Yale University, and speaks Mandarin.
