USAID- OVC MER Outcome Monitoring in Namibia
Palladium is seeking the services of a southern Africa-based research organization to support implementation of household survey to be implemented in the Northern districts in Namibia. The survey will be conducted among households and beneficiaries of a President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)-supported project that aims to improve the well-being of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC in Namibia. This survey is a follow-up to the first survey (baseline) which was conducted in 2016. The survey will measure project outcomes using a standardized methodology that has been developed for application across multiple countries.
Palladium is seeking a sub-contractor research organization based in Namibia to assist with carrying out the endline survey data collection, data management and processing, data analysis and report production. The period of performance for this subcontract is February 2018 - September 2018. The selected research organization will work in coordination with the Palladium team based in the United States.
