Project Overview and Role

Purpose of position:
Palladium has an exciting opportunity for graduates, postgraduates and career-changers to experience the real world of working with experienced professionals across a variety of projects through an entry level, full time, permanent position. By starting your career through the Palladium UP program, you can be one of the future leaders of our business.

Our entry level University Professionals will fill an important role in supporting the delivery of a variety of projects, whichever capability they are a part of and have an opportunity to frequently engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Together with our Palladium team members, the entry level University Professionals will work under the support and guidance of the Manager(s) to shape their career within Palladium.


Responsibilities include:
  • Working with Managers and Directors to plan project delivery and manage client needs and expectations
  • Working closely with the client and Palladium teams to develop and test hypothesis on the central issues facing clients, identify and undertake relevant research, and synthesize results into analysis that forms the basis of the deliverables
  • Serving as a key client facing member of the Palladium team, and conducting work in a professional capacity representing the firm
  • Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and clients
  • Supporting Palladium in the development of new business proposals
  • Support the development of Palladium's knowledge resources, methods and intellectual property
  • Internally, the role will work with all members of the capability assigned to and Project delivery teams
  • Externally, the role will work closely and forge meaningful relationships with clients and external partners
Authority levels
The role is required to:
  • Work autonomously to identify key issues in the client's internal and external environment and apply relevant Palladium knowledge and practises to identify and evolve analysis and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to provide constructive feedback with the objective of contributing to the personal and professional development of both junior and senior team members


Minimum education and experience required
  • Bachelor degree from a leading institution
  • Evidence of a strong pre-university education
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
