Accommodation and Conference Facilities
Accommodation requirements:
- Bed & breakfast for 17pax
- Check In September 17, 2023, and check out September 23, 2023
- Single standard rooms
Conference requirements:
- Full day conference package for 25pax
- Half day conference package for 25pax
- September 18, 2023
Conference Package should include:
- 10am and 4pm teas with snacks
- Lunch with a soft drink per person
- Conference Stationery (i.e. pens, notepads, flip charts, marker pens, etc)
- PA System
- LCD Projector
- Mineral water - 2 bottles per person per day
Place of Performance – Nairobi, Kenya
Evaluation and Award Process
- Lowest Cost for Accommodation on Bed & Breakfast and Full/Half Day Conference Package – 50%
- Availability of Single Standard Rooms and Conference Hall on requested dates – 20%
- Past Performance in undertaking contracting arrangements like the requirement (please provide evidence of existing or previous similar contracts/similar services) – 20%
- 30day Payment Terms upon submission of invoice – 10%
Palladium reserves the right to award under this solicitation without further negotiations. The offerors are encouraged to offer their best terms and prices with the original submission.
