Scope of Work and Standards

• Conference Facility for 66 People for 6 days; from 11th to 16 September 2023:
  • Morning Tea + Assorted Pastries
  • Afternoon Tea + Assorted Pastries
  • Buffet Lunch + Drinks
  • Mineral Water (2 per person in a day)
  • Projector
  • PA system
  • Podium
  • Flip chart and 3 markers
  • Pen and Pad for each person

Vendors shall submit their quotations to Neo Palai at neo.palai@thepalladiumgroup.com no later than August 28, 2023, 4:30pm Botswana Time. The quotations should be valid for 3 months from submission date. Palladium/PROPEL Health will issue a purchase order to successful vendor within the validity period of the quotation.
