Palladium International, LLC is the implementing contractor of the USAID funded Kenya Investment Mechanism (KIM).
KIM intends to conduct two cohorts of a capacity-building program targeting women SMEs in various sectors. To deliver a holistic executive program while building local capacity, KIM intends to provide Training of Trainers (ToT) on investor readiness coaching targeting coaches from Strathmore Business School (SBS), to enhance their skills to become qualified Business Advisory Service Providers (BASPs), who can provide advisory services aimed at supporting women SMEs access finance for their enterprises.
