The USAID Economic Competitiveness Project (ECP) seeks to increase the competitiveness of El Salvador's key economic sectors by strengthening the capacities of MSMEs. ECP is developing activities to strengthen our strategic partner, the Secretariat of Trade and Investment of El Salvador (SCI).
The objective of the consultancy is to design an effective, efficient, articulated and coordinated institutional structure for the processes of investment promotion and facilitation in El Salvador.
The ECP Project will support the Secretariat of Trade and Investment (SCI) in hiring a company to define the different stages of investment promotion and facilitation. The company will consolidate the inter-institutional coordination processes, based on the guidelines established in the Trade and Investment Policy of El Salvador 2020-2050, to define the roles and functions of all institutions involved in the process of investment promotion and facilitation.
