USAID’s ProtectHealth Project is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to support the City-wide TB Elimination Campaign (CiTEC) which is a joint undertaking of Cebu City, Central Visayas Center for Health Development (CVCHD) and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) to help address the high TB burden in the country.

As support to Cebu City Health Department (CHD) and Brgy. Mambaling, USAID’s ProtectHealth will provide implementation support to assist the Cebu CHD in profiling, screening, treatment, and monitoring activities in Brgy. Mambaling under CiTEC. For this activity, USAID’s ProtectHealth will engage a non-governmental organization (NGO) or institution to support the project in implementing field activities in Cebu City.

Palladium will issue a Fixed Firm Price Contract for period of 10 months (April 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024).

The Offerors shall submit their Best and Final Offer for the service in accordance with specifications described under Scope of Work below no later than Friday, March 24, 2023 (04:00PM PHT).
