KIM Organizational Review and Sustainability Strategy

Unlocking capital and mobilizing investments is a key activity of Palladium-implemented USAID Kenya Investment Mechanism (KIM). Essential to the long-term success of that activity and to Kenya’s J2SR is evaluating the current KIM operating model, identifying action items to enhance impact and efficiency, and developing an ambitious vision and strategy for a sustainable KIM Version 2.0. KIM is seeking the services of a consulting firm to:

  • Conduct an organizational review of the program and provide an integrated program strategy that will improve short and medium-term efficiency.
  • Articulate options for a long-term, sustainable operating model for KIM.
  • Provide execution support to implement and scale the program’s strategy/activities.

Interested firms must submit a proposal to:,with reference “Organizational Review and Sustainability Strategy””, to be received by April 14th, 2021, at 23:59 hours, EAT (UTC +3). The proposal must include expression of interest, detailed CVs and portfolio containing consultant’s or firm’s qualifications and experience with samples of previous work, proposed schedule of activities and key milestones, and financial proposal based on the deliverables outlined in this SOW, including taxes. KIM is obliged by the Kenyan tax authorities to withhold taxes on service fees as well as any applicable VAT.
