Palladium/Data.FI is looking to contract a Namibia based company to conduct the Key Population Integrated Biobehavioral Survey (KP IBBS) 3 in Namibia with funding support from the United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)/United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The KP IBBS 3 will include gay men and other men who have sex with men (MSM), female sex workers (FSW), and transgender women. It will be conducted in five sites: Katima Mulilo, Windhoek, Walvis Bay/Swakopmund, Rundu, and Engela.

The selected organization will work in close coordination with Palladium/Data.FI and its named implementing partner. Palladium/Data.FI will act as a technical lead and be responsible for final deliverables to USAID.

Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price.

Instructions to Offerors: Deadline for submission is Friday, September 29th 2023 at 5:00pm Namibia Time. A detailed list of requirements for each proposal and evaluation criteria can be found in the RFP document. Any proposal submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
