Knowledge Management Firm - Kenya

Palladium International, LLC is the implementing contractor of the USAID funded Kenya Investment Mechanism (KIM).

The objective of the assignment is to assist KIM in implementing effective learning and knowledge management strategies through documentation of lessons learned and best practices and sharing the same in a learning event, which also acts as the project close out event, towards the end of the assignment. The firm is expected to work with project staff, partner BASPs, FIs, enterprises, government partners, and selected strategic partners to document knowledge products in the form of practical lessons, best practices, and case studies in increasing access to finance. The firm will then help KIM in organizing thought leadership sessions in preparation for a larger learning/close out event at the tail end of the consultancy. These events are part of KIM’s adaptive management approach that is aimed at generating lessons at every stage of implementation and reflecting on what is working and how these lessons can inform future programming.
