Marketing Company to Promote Yupekchi’s Brand in the Kazakhstani Market - Turkmenistan

Scope of Work and Standards
The selected firm will collaborate with Yupekchi on the following tasks:

  • Conducting qualitative research through interviews with at least 20 respondents, with each interview lasting 30 minutes.
  • Conducting quantitative research through online surveys, with a target of 500 questionnaires.
  • Based on the findings of the qualitative and quantitative research to be conducted, developing a brand positioning and promotion strategy that takes into account the unique characteristics of the Kazakhstani market.
  • Maintaining and managing Yupekchi’s social media presence (Instagram), including communicating with users throughout the project’s various stages.
  • Creating 35 pieces of advertising content, which includes preparing advertising creatives, offers, and publications across five themes and seven different sizes and 50 graphic designs for publication posts in the feed and stories on Instagram.
  • Producing 14 videos, each lasting between 15-60 seconds, for use on both YouTube and Instagram.
  • Placing advertising offers on key platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and the Google Display Network.

The project will result in the following deliverables:

  • Recordings of interviews with 20 respondents after qualitative research.
  • 500 completed questionnaires after quantitative research.
  • Summary of the results of the conducted qualitative and quantitative research, along with recommendations on brand positioning, proposed strategy, proposed tasks, and concepts for organizing suitable events.
  • 20 published posts in the feed and 30 published stories on Instagram throughout the project’s various stages.
  • 35 pieces of advertising creatives, advertising offers across 5 themes and 7 different sizes, and 50 graphic designs for publication posts in the feed and stories on Instagram, totalling 85 in all.
  • 14 videos created for use on YouTube and Instagram, each lasting between 15-60 seconds.
  • Statistics on the number of views for advertising content placed on YouTube, Instagram, and the Google Display Network.

Required Qualifications

  • The project team of the marketing company should consist of the qualified specialists;
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and promotion of products.
  • 3+ successful cases with similar tasks in the project.
  • Knowledge of Russian and Kazakh languages
