Monitoring and Verification Partner for Mobile Clinic Activity

The New Partnerships Initiative EXPAND: New Partners for Better Health (NPI EXPAND) Activity is a five-year USAID-funded cooperative agreement implemented by Palladium International, LLC with the ultimate goal of increasing the availability and utilization of high-quality health services by strengthening the technical and organizational capacity of new and underutilized partners and supporting them to scale-up health innovations. NPI EXPAND will support new and underutilized partners (NUPs) to overcome the organizational and technical capacity challenges through grants and systematic capacity development.

Palladium is seeking applications from eligible organizations with the ability to support mobile-clinic activities of five regional networks of NGOs in Latin America with 1.) verification of NGO milestone achievement and disbursement of funds, and 2.) technical monitoring of mobile clinic activities, as sub-recipients under the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded program NPI EXPAND.
