Scope of Work and Standards

1. TRAINING PROCESS REQUIREMENTS (legal, informational, qualification framework):
The provider shall:

  • be a Training Center that specializes in providing training courses on the Halal food safety standard by taking into account the guidelines of the ISO 19011:2018 standard;
  • have modern equipment, Internet access, and appropriate software for conducting online classes;

2. QUALIFICATION, TECHNOLOGY, TRAINING FORMAT REQUIREMENTS:

  • training must be conducted by qualified instructors with at least three (3) years of teaching experience;
  • the supplier shall provide a resume of the instructor, which the customer must approve;
  • each course participant shall be provided with appropriate international standards and handouts; for example, by offering access to the necessary resources on the provider's website (portal);
  • at the end of the course, to examine the participants’ understanding of the course material and to confirm their successful completion of the training, they shall be tested and receive a certificate of completion from the supplier’s educational institution; the certificate should include the USAID logo;
  • Form of courses - online – distant learning; lectures and practical tasks, individual work.
  • Online learning should be held in video conference format. The customer shall have a right to keep the recordings of the training.

Courses language:Russian.

3. LIST OF COURSES:

Main Course Objectives:

  • Analyze in detail the requirements of ISO 19011:2018 and their application;
  • Determine the main requirements for Halal documentation and methods for their development and optimization;
  • Identify problems in the Halal development process and methods for solving them;
  • Study the development and implementation of the Halal standard;
  • Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize and conduct Halal internal audits;
  • Provide an understanding of how Halal requirements are applied in the management system;
  • Study the principles of information collection and preparation of reporting documents for internal audit;
  • Teach Halal requirements and their applicability in terms of evaluation by internal auditors;
  • UAE.S/GSO 2141:2011 Genetically modified raw agricultural products. General requirements
  • Practical work;
  • Exam
