Bernadette is a senior professional with more than 30 years of experience across a range of strategy and transformation large scale programs. She has extensive expertise in complex project and stakeholder management and specialises in organic and inorganic growth, new business models, and transformation.

Before joining Palladium, Bernadette was a Consulting Partner at PwC and Strategy&, where she completed over 60 engagements across industrials, government, financial services, and consumer sectors. Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Commerce and EMBA from the University of New South Wales in Australia and is an alumna of the Harvard Business School Authentic Leadership Program. She recently completed the Sustainable Finance Programme at Yale.
