Emma is responsible for all legal, compliance, and risk management matters at Palladium. Prior to joining Palladium, Emma was the Founder and Principal of Swallowtail Group and a global business executive known for her entrepreneurship and strong empathetic leadership style. Emma’s career has taken her across the globe: she’s lived and worked in Europe, the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, and Africa. Emma was previously a founder and Executive of Valiant Integrated Services, a global defense contractor.

With a passion for corporate responsibility and community, Emma remains an active Board member and Ambassador for several local and global non-profits, helping to support women in the marketplace and advocate for women’s micro-financing. She is also a qualified leadership coach, mentor and sought-after writer, speaker and contributor to many leadership development programs designed to empower women to reach their full potential in the marketplace.

Emma is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, England (Jesus College). She completed her formal legal education in London and is qualified to practice law in several jurisdictions.
