In driving strategic growth, she focuses on the cross-roads between development, diplomacy, and defense, delivering positive impact for clients and key stakeholders. She serves on the Board of Directors of the International Stability Operations Association ("ISOA"), the Professional Services Council ("PSC"), and the Executive Board of the Council of International Development Companies. Maria has more than 25 years of experience in the international development sector, growing businesses, and leading large-scale transformation programs. Over the course of her career, she has served USAID, other U.S. Agencies, global governments, and commercial clients. She holds an MA in international affairs and an Executive MBA from George Washington University.
