Priyanka leads Palladium’s education work in EMEA. A global education expert and teacher with more than 12 years of experience, Priyanka specialises in policy and strategy development, programming, and strategic change across the education, gender, and development sector. She has advised governments and education institutions globally to design, deliver, and manage complex transformation programs, improving quality, research, and learning outcomes at both the institutional and systemic level.

Priyanka is a strong advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, championing locally-led change by empowering communities and local partners. She is on the board of trustees for Action through Enterprise, a grassroots NGO supporting communities in the Upper West region of Ghana. Priyanka is also the founder of Silk Road Music, a charitable foundation that provides creative arts therapy to marginalised children and youth impacted by war and conflict, including those with disabilities.
