As Managing Partner for the Asia-Pacific and Chief Executive Officer of Palladium India, Ron is responsible for developing and implementing Palladium’s business growth strategy, including growing and facilitating client relationships, and hiring and retaining top talent.

With more than 20 years of multisectoral and international experience, Ron has led the People and Culture function at Palladium, bringing a strategic, yet practical organisational and cultural change acumen to complex and challenging work environments. Passionate about working with clients to bring together diverse stakeholders and develop acute business strategies, Ron sets long-term goals and objectives, implements key risk management, and drives business and project initiatives from the leadership level throughout the business to unlock its potential.

Additionally, Ron has worked in the media, telecommunications, consulting, and public sectors across the globe. He holds a degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations Management from the University of South Africa.
