Palladium is promoting innovative and sustainable business ideas in companies and organizations led by or with the presence of youth, women (with a focus on the inclusion of ethnic groups), the LGTBQI+ population, and the population with disabilities and displaced people in its associative base. Palladium is aiming to close gaps in cocoa value chains, coffee, rubber, livestock (milk), fruits, and vegetables in the regions of Catatumbo, Sur de Bolívar, Bajo Cauca, Sur of Córdoba and Caquetá.
