Palladium's Trade Reform and Development in Egypt (TRADE) project helps Small- and Medium- Enterprises (SMEs) to implement an operational development and lean management program with the objective of enhancing the overall capacity of the exporting SMEs. This is aimed at facilitating export growth, business expansion, establishing a unified growth strategy, and aligning all operational processes towards a common set of objectives within a streamlined and efficient production timeframe.
