Palladium's Trade Reform and Development in Egypt (TRADE) project seeks a contractor to support Small- and Medium-Enterprises in enhancing their E-Commerce platforms, marketplaces, and websites in order to prepare them for creating Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) deals and enhance their visibility in the market.

The overall objective of the assignment is to take TRADE team recommendations from their assessment of SMEs’ websites and support those SMEs to implement those recommendations. The types of services could include web development, migrating their website to Shopify/Bigcommerce, graphic design, banner creation, copy writing, and delivering a copy of the source code, as well as integration services with various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
