Palladium is looking for qualified suppliers in Kenya to offer accommodation & conference facilities as per requirements below.

Accommodation requirements:
1. Bed & breakfast for 37 guests; Check In June 16, 2024, and check out June 29, 2024
2. Single standard rooms

Conference requirements:
1. Full day conference package for 37 guests; June 17-22 and June 24-28, 2024

Conference Package should include:
1. 10am and 4pm teas with snacks
2. Lunch with one soft drink per person
3. Conference Stationery (i.e. pens, notepads, flip charts, marker pens, etc)
4. PA System
5. LCD Projector
6. Mineral water - 2 bottles per person, per day

Evaluation and Award Process
1. Lowest Cost for Accommodation on Bed & Breakfast and Full Day Conference Package
2. Availability of Quality Single Standard Rooms and Conference Hall on requested dates
3. Past Performance in undertaking contracting arrangements like the requirement (please provide evidence of existing or previous similar contracts/similar services)
4. 30-day Payment Terms upon submission of invoice

Palladium reserves the right to award under this solicitation without further negotiations. The offerors are encouraged to offer their best terms and prices with the original submission.
