Florian is an expert in fundraising, business transformation, and personal development with a passion for investing in and building impactful companies. He is a seasoned executive, board member, and impact investor, as well as a globally active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, having founded YPO‘s Impact Investing Initiative (Y3i), Planet Action Network, and North Star Chapter. He currently chairs the YPO Impact Networks Council.

Florian continues in his role as Managing Partner at Bamboo Capital Partners. Prior to this and to joining Palladium, he was Partner at PARTER Capital and an executive at SBi (Stryker), Olympus, and B. Braun. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Marketing, and is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
