At Palladium we help governments tackle complex labour market challenges by enabling people to sustain meaningful work that enhances their skillset and pays a fair wage. We design and deliver employment programmes that help participants build the skills and confidence needed to get on in life and work.

Through the design of equitable policies, we support employers create more inclusive labour opportunities for those members of society experiencing disadvantages and challenges accessing and staying in employment. Our work opens the door to more sustainable employment opportunities for the long term unemployed, refugees and people with disabilities and enduring health challenges.

Since our foundation in Australia 60 years ago, we have supported and enabled economic growth, international development and local employment, serving communities in remote and challenging environments.

  • Enabling employers in industries experiencing recruitment challenges to find and secure personnel with the right skills and attitudes.
  • Supporting employers to re-design their employment policies and workforce development strategies to create a more inclusive environment that enables employers to attract and retain more talent – particularly those experiencing complex barriers to work.
  • Working with groups that need specialist support to find and sustain employment, including people who are long-term unemployed, individuals with mental and physical health conditions, and refugees.
  • Designing and delivering programmes that enable people with disabilities to gain qualifications and secure employment.
  • Using best practice in case management to consistently deliver against government commissioner targets.
  • We operate an extensive range of employment support services across the globe, including large-scale government commissioned employment programmes and specialist local employment programmes. Our Australian team, working in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide, has been a trusted partner to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for more than 30 years, delivering a wide range of programs in the Indo-Pacific region focussed on education, scholarships, skills development and employment.
  • In the UK, we deliver the government’s flagship employment programme to support long-term unemployed people, Restart, supporting1,863 people secure sustainable work. We also deliver the Refugee Employment Programme, helping refugees to integrate and progress into work, providing a wraparound integrated service with local partners and community groups.
  • In Vanuatu, through the Vanuatu Skills Partnership (a locally-led initiative of the Australian and Vanuatu governments) we are enabling people with disabilities to secure qualifications and employment.
  • In Indonesia, through the Innovation for Indonesia’s School Children programme, we have worked hard to accelerate improved student learning outcomes and support education transformation, setting students up for future success.
  • In Sri Lanka, we manage the Skills for Inclusive Growth programme, contributing to sustainable job creation and increased income and business growth for marginalised and disadvantaged people – particularly women and people with disabilities.
