With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years, Dennis brings a wealth of experience in economic development, investment, and growth across 43 countries.

Dennis’s professional journey began in the development of economic zones, where he gained a strong foundation in infrastructure development, investment promotion, and public-private partnerships.

Before joining Palladium, Dennis held a senior management consultant position at Deloitte Consulting, providing strategic advice on economic growth and development initiatives. His history of working with both public and private sector clients has equipped him with the insight and skills necessary to drive impactful change in complex, evolving contexts.

Dennis will lead the expansion of Palladium’s Economic Growth team, drawing on his proven track record of driving trade and investment expansion to ensure excellent delivery of high-impact, transformative projects, particularly in emerging markets.
