Linda Muruganandan is Palladium’s New UKEA Regional Director

Linda Muruganandan, co-Regional Director, Palladium UKEA

Palladium is delighted to welcome Linda Muruganandan as our new co-Regional Director for UKEA. Following a longstanding practice of collaborative leadership, Linda will bring her years of experience at the intersection of economic development, financial services consulting, and global project leadership to focus on client relationships and business development. Her co-director, Amelia Beeley, brings her specialisation in complex programs and high-risk development to leading UKEA project delivery.

Before joining Palladium, Linda served as Director of Consulting at Oxford Policy Management, where she managed an extensive global project portfolio. With a deep understanding of the international development landscape, she has worked closely with governments, financial institutions, and multilateral organisations to diagnose complex challenges and design high-impact solutions. Her experience in sustainable finance and economic development enables her to align client needs with the right expertise, ensuring that development interventions are both strategic and driven by results.

Linda leads teams in developing solutions that respond to fluid situations and evolving client priorities, demonstrating an acute ability to translate development needs into actionable, fundable programs. Her experience advising financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe on sustainable energy financing and working with stakeholders across Africa and South Asia to drive investment in inclusive economic growth has demonstrated her ability to shape compelling bids that meet the priorities of donors, governments, and investors alike.

“I was drawn to Palladium’s reputation for delivering innovative and impactful solutions to complex global challenges,” says Linda. “The company’s commitment to creating positive social and economic change aligns with my professional values, and I see an incredible opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that genuinely make a difference. The chance to work with such a dynamic and forward-thinking team was one I could not pass up.”

She also highlights Palladium’s strengths in fostering strong partnerships and driving innovation. “Palladium’s ability to integrate creative thinking with collaboration ensures that its projects are both forward-looking and deeply rooted in the realities of the communities it serves.”

Looking ahead, Linda sees significant opportunities for Palladium in supporting the green transition. “Governments are under pressure to deliver on climate targets while ensuring economic stability, and financial institutions need viable pathways to scale up sustainable finance. By bringing together our expertise in investment, finance, and climate resilience, we can provide solutions that align environmental and economic objectives.”

For Linda, building long-term partnerships that create sustainable impact is about ensuring mutual benefit. “Sustainable impact is achieved when all parties see clear value in working together over the long term. Development solutions must align with the strategic priorities of both governments and financial institutions while delivering tangible benefits for businesses and communities.”
