Aus4Adaptation is an Australian Government investment supporting climate adaptation and resilience in Vietnam through partnerships, technical assistance, innovation and knowledge exchange. Managed by Palladium on behalf of the Australian Government, Aus4Adaptation works with government agencies, research institutions, private sector organisations and development partners to support sustainable and climate-resilient development outcomes. The current phase of Aus4Adaptation is expected to operate until August 2030, with the potential for extension beyond this period subject to future program requirements and funding arrangements.

To support ongoing operations, Aus4Adaptation anticipates establishing a new office in Hanoi and is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified contractors with demonstrated experience in office fit-out design and construction.

The purpose of this EOI is to establish a shortlist of one or more selected contractors that may be invited to participate in a future Request for Quotation (RFQ) process once office premises and detailed project requirements have been confirmed.
