We are procuring specialized technical services to design and deliver a Community Health Digitalization Reference Platform. This includes development of a community health digital reference architecture, FHIR‑based metadata and rapid deployment packages, and configuration of an open‑source reference application (OpenSRP 2). The work will produce reusable, interoperable digital public goods that enable countries to rapidly deploy, integrate, and scale community health information systems aligned with national and PEPFAR requirements.
