Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Egypt, particularly in the Food, Ready-Made Garments (RMG), Home Textile, Printing and Packaging, Building Materials, Engineering, and Chemicals industries, face challenges in effectively costing their products and setting competitive prices. These challenges affect their profitability, market competitiveness, and export potential. To address these challenges, USAID Trade Reform and Development Project in Egypt (TRADE) seeks to provide targeted industry-specific costing and pricing interventions to enhance the financial management capabilities of export-oriented SMEs.
