The Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program (PLMSP), on behalf of Partner Governments of Pacific Nations and Timor-Leste ("the Partner Government") are seeking to engage a professional Employer of Record (EOR) and/or Third-Party Payroll (TPP) service provider. This engagement is to facilitate the compliant employment of Country Liaison Officers (CLOs) based in Australia to provide support to participants of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme.
