Palladium's SURGES Project with the United States Agency for International Development will foster sustainable economic opportunities, promote investment, and generate sales and jobs in south-southeast Mexico. This rolling RFP seeks to request proposals for financial facilitators and managers (both individuals and firms) who can assist producers and other actors in the coffee, cocoa, honey, and sustainable tourism value chains in accessing financing, credit, and investment.

Financial facilitators will need to secure financing for producers and businesses in the following states: Oaxaca, Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche, Chiapas, Quintana Roo and Yucatán.
