Palladium is looking for a supplier to prepare a comprehensive study that allows the creation and effective operationalisation of a Destination Management Organisation (OGD) for Mundo Maya México (MMM). This study must cover all legal, structural, operational, and financial resources necessary for the OGD to function as an entity capable of managing and coordinating tourism development initiatives in the region in a sustainable and coherent manner.
