Palladium is seeking applications from eligible organizations to support Thailand's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) to undertake a focused, government-led rapid diagnostic of financing readiness for outbreak response in the Thailand–Burma and Thailand–Lao PDR border corridors. The activity will build upon existing analyses and ongoing Public Financial Management (PFM) initiatives, avoiding duplication while identifying practical opportunities to strengthen financing readiness for future outbreaks. Palladium intends to issue a fixed amount subaward under the Data.FI project funded by the U.S. Department of State.
