Purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from qualified accounting and payroll service firms to provide comprehensive outsourced accounting, tax compliance, payroll administration, and related financial support services for Palladium Moldova (LLC/branch) under the “Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC)” project. The selected firm will ensure full compliance with the accounting and tax legislation of the Republic of Moldova and timely preparation of statutory and donor-required financial deliverables. Services are required because Palladium’s newly registered entity does not maintain in-house certified accounting capacity, neither a dedicated human resources specialist, and must mitigate financial, tax, and payroll compliance risks through professional outsourced support. The engagement is expected to commence upon contract signature and continue on an ongoing monthly basis, with additional services provided upon request, mandatory monthly and annual reporting that follows the termination date
