Palladium seeks applications to implement short-term cross-border early warning system (EWS) activities in Southeast Asia, initially focused on the Thailand–Laos corridor. The award will support stakeholder engagement, assessment of current information-sharing practices, and development of a practical roadmap to strengthen detection, communication, and response to public health events. Work will be delivered through fixed-amount, deliverable-based work orders under the Data.FI project funded by the U.S. Department of State.
