This assessment/study is expected to advise the design of the foundation for digital transformation within BNPB, especially the Deputy of RR, to ensure the availability of accurate data on damages, losses, and needs while overseeing the achievement of national targets, one of which is a reduction in the proportion of economic losses due to disasters to GDP. The results of this assessment are expected to identify the related issues in a more detailed, up-to-date, participatory, and accurate manner and to produce recommendations to answer these issues so that in the end a Governance for Planning, Implementation, and Reporting of Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Programs and its digital platform can be prepared in order to improve the quality of post-disaster recovery policies fast, targeted and inclusive to realize the principle of rehabilitation and reconstruction which is 'Building back better, safe, and sustainable'.
