The PNG–Australia Strongim Wok Long Technical and Vocational Education and Training (SWLT) program is a four-year, AUD 80 million investment by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to support Papua New Guinea’s (PNG) efforts to strengthen its TVET sector.

Through this Request for Proposal Process, SWLT will establish a pre-qualified pool of event management service providers to deliver high-quality, risk-aware, and strategically aligned event planning, coordination and management services on an as-needed basis.
