Photocopier and Managed Document Services – KATALIS 2.0

Palladium, on behalf of KATALIS 2.0, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Photocopier and Managed Document Services for the KATALIS office located at World Trade Centre 2 Building, South Jakarta.

The selected service provider will be responsible for the supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and ongoing management of multifunction photocopier devices and related document services. The scope includes:

• the provision of high-quality multifunction printers/copiers (print, copy, scan, and fax capabilities where applicable),
• secure print management solutions, user authentication features, network integration,
• preventive and corrective maintenance,
• toner and consumables supply,
• meter reading and usage reporting, and
• helpdesk support to ensure uninterrupted document management operations.

The service provider shall ensure that all equipment is fully operational, adequately maintained, and supported throughout the contract period, with prompt response times for technical issues and equipment replacement where necessary. Proposals should include options for device leasing or managed print services, detailing monthly service fees, cost-per-copy rates (black-and-white and color), service level commitments, and any value-added features that improve efficiency, security, and sustainability.

The photocopier and managed document services are expected to be fully installed, tested, commissioned, and operational by December 2026.

Interested suppliers are invited to review the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and its annexes and submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions outlined therein.
