Internet Service Provider (ISP) Services – KATALIS 2.0
Palladium, on behalf of KATALIS 2.0, invites qualified Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to submit proposals for the provision of internet services for the KATALIS office located at WTC 2, South Jakarta.
The selected ISP will be responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support of dedicated internet services. The scope includes the provision of bandwidth options of 100 Mbps, 150 Mbps, and 200 Mbps (1:1 CIR), 24/7 technical support, real-time network monitoring, fiber optic connectivity, and backup internet services to ensure business continuity.
The internet service is expected to be fully installed, tested, and operational by December 2026.
Interested suppliers are invited to review the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and its annexes and submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions outlined therein.
