1. Preventive maintenance services of uniflair cooling units
2. Preventive maintenance services of uninterruptable power supply
3. Preventive maintenance services for the generator system
4. Preventive services and support of fire alarm systems, Closed Circuit Television, and access control
5. Preventive maintenance Hyper Converged Infrastructure Servers, firewall, and network support activities
