The Georgia Financial Innovation Program is seeking a consultant or subcontractor to develop and deliver technical capacity development training for approximately 25 representatives of Georgian Business Advisory Service Providers (BASPs) on raising equity capital and mergers and acquisitions topics. This will include:

1. Finalizing a training syllabus in collaboration with Program representatives
2. Deliver training to BASP representatives for up to three (3) days from January 27, 2025, to February 28, 2025.
