The United States Agency for International Development Mexico Generating Employment and Sustainability project (“Mexico SURGES” or “SURGES”) is procuring the services of a travel agency to support the project's local travel needs. The project seeks to contract a travel agency under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (or “BPA”). The travel agency will provide ongoing reservation support and purchase services for flights, lodging, and ground transportation in the various states of Mexico where the SURGES project is involved in field activities and in accordance with the needs of the project.
