The Ministry of Health (MoH) and its implementing partners are rolling out a centrally hosted, multi-tenant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to selected health facilities in Ethiopia. Through the America First Global Health Strategy - Palladium (AFGHS-P) project, Palladium is procuring the required EMR infrastructure equipment and networking materials. This RFP seeks proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of end-user computing equipment, active network equipment, power-protection equipment and passive networking materials. The procurement covers supply and delivery only; installation, configuration and commissioning are excluded.
