The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure Integrated Power–Connectivity–Compute Unit (IPCCU) equipment and related support services to strengthen digital health infrastructure across Côte d'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and Ethiopia. The selected vendor will supply the required IPCCU hardware and provide on‑demand tertiary technical support, deliver training for Palladium and Ministry of Health (MoH) staff, and offer installation and testing assistance to ensure reliable deployment and sustainable system operation.
