The PNG–Australia Strongim Wok Long Technical and Vocational Education and Training (SWLT) program is a four-year, AUD 80 million investment by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to support Papua New Guinea’s (PNG) efforts to strengthen its TVET sector.

The Manus Training Centre (MTC) is the sole provider of technical and vocational education in Manus Province. SWLT is supporting the Manus Training Centre (MTC) through a program of infrastructure upgrades aimed at improving safety, functionality, and long-term sustainability. This includes priority works such as perimeter security, lighting, and the refurbishment or development of core facilities to ensure the centre can deliver quality, inclusive TVET services.

This RFQ aims to obtain competitive supplier quotations for the supply and delivery of perimeter fencing for the Manus Training Centre, enabling SWLT to select a contractor and progress timely, secure site establishment in line with approved designs and budget.
